Enie Campbell Konig 

Your  Host (cook and seed planter!) 

Enie has created Wild Meadow to share the healing and nurturing benefits that being in nature provides. As a (non practicing) yoga teacher herself and having been on her own personal journey of discovery and self-care, Enie values and knows the importance of harmonising mind, body and spirit, particularly through Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation among others. This has led her to curating a wonderful group of practitioners and experts to create magical, healing and restorative retreat days at Wild Meadow.

Louise Slimm Photo

Louise Slimm

Yoga Teacher 

Louise is a creative, passionate and fun-loving yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over 22 years. She loves guiding her students through the traditional Hatha Style of Yoga incorporating alignment, breath awareness, meditation and conscious movement. Louise trained with The Friends of Yoga Society International and Yoga Mama, London.

Louise aims to create a peaceful environment to encourage individuals to find a place of peace in mind, body and heart through yoga. Louise also has specialist training in pre and postnatal yoga.​

Lara Cockayne

Gong practitioner

Having always been drawn to the gongs, even before my training, it seemed a natural path to follow and learn more about them.

I am a gong junkie and am lucky to have a beautiful family of gongs!

I believe that laughter is one of the best medicines! When we are sad we can trick the brain by forced laughter to release happy endorphins! I am a fully qualified Laughter yoga leader.

Ayurvedic Consultant 

​Vicky qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008 and has been intrigued with Ayurveda and how it works ever since. In 2020 Vicky attended a workshop hosted by Dr Deepa Apte on an “Introduction to Ayurveda” and was completely captivated. In 2022 she completed her studies as an Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Consultant with Dr Deepa Apte. Vicky is as passionate about the benefits of Ayurveda as she is Yoga, fully endorsing and championing the interrelation of both their benefits and qualities.

Access Healing and Spinal Flow 

Lisa brings calm and serenity into your world as a healing therapist specialising in the Spinal Flow technique and Access Bars. Having studied the importance of self-healing and understanding that the body has an innate intelligence that we can all tap into at any time. It is her desire and pure will to help people recognise this, heal themselves, and discover true joy and a life of abundance that everyone has the divine right to. In using these therapies, she helps people awaken to new possibilities, and reduce pain, brain fog, anxiety and much more. Lisa looks forward to meeting you on your beautiful journey to self-discovery.
